About the Ride
Background information
The Petersfield Ups & Downs ride is aimed at the average cyclist as a fun ride. Riders of all abilities are welcome, from slightly unfit Round Tablers to elite club riders. This is not a race, it's about promoting health, raising money for good causes and having fun. The route will take you through some beautiful Hampshire countryside, which you can take in at your own pace. We will have refreshment stops along the route. Every rider who completes the course will receive a certificate and our congratulations.

Teams
We are keen to get team entries from any charity or organisation that wants to raise funds for their own charitable cause. Contact us with details of your organisation and your nominated charity and we will supply you with a team entry pack. As a team entry you will be responsible for coordinating your riders entries and sponsorship. All money raised by your riders goes direct to your charity. All team riders must sign an entry form declaration. Standard sponsored rider entry fees apply.
Nominated Charity
We hope that individual riders will support our Petersfield Round Table charity fund. We put the money raised through our various events to good use locally. We also recognise that you may have a charity you are passionate about but that charity may not have a team entry. We will accept your sponsored entry on the basis that you nominate a bona fide charity on your entry form. Please give the name and registered charity number on the form. On completion of the ride you will be responsible for paying the money to your nominated charity. We ask that you tell us how much you raised. This is valuable for raising awareness of your charity in post event publicity
Help Us
Can you help? We welcome any offers of support. The event needs a lot of marshals, start-finish crew and helpers on the day. Or perhaps you could help us with the rider paperwork, data entry. All riders take part in the event entirely at their own risk. Petersfield Round Table cannot accept any responsibility for personal accident, loss, or damage to cycles, equipment and personal effects or any public liability.
